Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):

– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tank tops & camis unless they arrive defective.

Refund Processing

Exchanges

For size exchanges on available items:
