Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tank tops & camis unless they arrive defective.

Return Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 48 business hours, you’ll receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (for defective items)
  • Instructions for self-arranged returns (for change-of-mind returns)
  • Exchange options if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include the original packing slip. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For size exchanges on available items:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify your desired replacement size in your email
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
